Hm...think not... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategy Think that strategy is more for making combat plans, moves agains frends, enemys, long, short term plans and goals, than talking about ships. But if you think that talking about ships falls under this section then its ok for me:)

It would be nice to have a section where we can talk about ships, upgrades, ship roles, etc... I know there is the logistics section, but thats not what i mean.
