I love the advice from you both. This is exactly why I am torn between the 2 paths. I do have all the smaller ships that can take 1-2 others on board, but I can solo easily. The Carrack does have a lot of capability that incorporates medical, exploration drones, cargo, and modules, etc. but...- DarkScout

Question for everyone: I have both a Carrack and a Corsair in my fleet. The Carrack is amazing but a bit too large for me to solo explore (or with a buddy or 2), so I am thinking of using the Corsair as my exploration ship. Choosing a Home Defense Weapon
I wonder if a KSG may be too much for a new gun owner to use. When under stress, fighting for your life, they may not have enough cognition to operate it or maybe even take the safety off.
