Okay Bossman, here goes nothing. If we talk about the Quest 1 then a tool called "Virtual Desktop" (get it from Steam for cheap) is your best bet. It's great with Quest 2-3 also but for them it's optional but for Quest 1 Virtual Desktop is pretty much the only stable solution. Worked for me...
