I knew from day 1 he was evil. You don't get to be that kind of psycho and not be evil. Palpatine being behind it all? Yeah right! Binks was there in more convenient places ALL THE TIME than Palpatine ever was. Ever see how Binks smiled in Attack of the Clones when he handed Palpatine power? He knew his plan had worked.
