How about TEST cookies? Make yellow sugar cookie dough and chocolate cookie dough. Roll them into tiny balls and place them next to each other in the TEST logo pattern so that when they bake, they collide with each other to make the logo.

Test colored battenburg would be perfect! :O I actually graduated from pastry.
From what all of the students tell me about pastry, that's pretty impressive. Becoming a pastry chef is no easy task. :)

I miss the buffet class that we used to have on Fridays. Every Friday would have a plethora of good food for everyone to eat. Our lead chef used to make nachos for everyone on Wednesdays too. We still have the breakfast buffets every now and then. My office is 20ft from the kitchen where they cook the buffets. It's torture being there if I skip breakfast.
Yea the culinary class would have alot of vegan buffets, it was really good.
