Hi All,

I was wondering if you ever stumbled across something funny, like a sign, an item, etc. Because I see those things in the game every now and then. Sometimes it's an intended design, sometimes developer's placeholders, and sometimes just something that looks fun.

Maybe we should pull together a collection of Hilarious Artefacts?

I'll begin with some.

1) A book, which I've found in one of the deep tunnels below Levski: "Physiological Effects of Prolongated Exposure to Multiple Gravitational Zones on Human Musculature FOR IDIOTS!

2) Another book, which I can't recall where I've found, but I think it's been Port Olisar: "Mandate for the Evaluation of Trusted Computer Systems".

3) An info board in Area18 with some great Headlines at the bottom: "Various News Information Ticking Here - This is More News - Some Economy Information".

Came across the article about TORTOISE SIMULATOR 2948 at a book store at ArcCorp - just by the lifts to hangars at Riker Memorial Space Port.

There is the "Lorem Ipsum" text printed on the same page.

Did you know, that Lorem Ipsum is a dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry and that it has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s? Or that Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. ? I didn't until I Googled it. 🍻

Here is another one. A 2020 Christmas and New Year Easter Egg I suppose (just wondering if there will be an Easter Easter Egg).

I've found this one when wandering around New Babbage on MicroTech during the 3.8 update, while the planet and the city appears unpopulated. Seems like a cosy place to sit around the fire, have some beer (there are kegs laying around), and enjoy the festive season.

Remember the book in the beginning of this thread: "Physiological Effects of Prolongated Exposure to Multiple Gravitational Zones on Human Musculature FOR IDIOTS!" ?

Well, it appears that the Carrack's captain has at least 4 of them on the bookshelves.

1) Look at white and yellow books on the left:

Is it for the crew? Is it for the captain? One can only guess why the Carrack's captain needs 4 of them. 🤔 🤣 🍻

Montoya found one of the status screens in the Carrot says "chocolate" for some unknown reason in his walkthrough video that included every single room in the ship.

The designer must have been hungry, thinking of a nice chocolate covered carrot cake.

When the food/drink mechanic was introduced, I was just buying those for a while, until I've noticed some text on the back of one of the cans. So, I took a look at what is written there.
Did you know that PIPS Energy contains Kallusian Rat Milk? 🍻

Here is what I made of the text:

Fly drink with Synthesized Vegetable Protein.

Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Artificial Sweetener, Phosphoric Acid, Kallusian Rat Milk

To be enjoyed responsibly and so on.

There is probably a lot of sugar and stuff in there so if you are one of the healthy type, you might wanna go and get something else maybe a lemon water or something.

It's funny how the Dare stuff is 500 mils as well as the Kiruns. That Kirun must be half empty judging by the size of the Dare which seems to easily fit right inside it lol

Found these on MicroTech in one of the forests. As I was riding my Drake Dragonfly at high speed I saw some red "mushrooms" popping up. I thought these must be some large mushrooms, possibly a harvestable I could later sell. When I stopped and hopped off the hoverbike I saw them up close: "Replace" 😆
