Mmm i did sub now and i dont see the flair in hangar anywhere yet (nothing under sub flair). Is it updated daily?

I don't know when it they process the subs, but it shower for me after I subbed (see screenshot below).
Last month's one didn't show up until after the 16th or something, so was surprised when this popped straight into my hanger.
If you subscribed today, the flair would probably land in your hangar in few days; they are being delivered in waves

Thanks for asking this, and thanks to everyone else for answering! I chucked in today and could not see it in my hanger, came here to ask and found the knowledge of TESTies is overflowing answering my questions before I have even thought them
It seems that 13th is the cut-off day this month:
If you aren’t a Subscriber and would like to receive the Yubarev “Deadeye” pistol or Atzkav “Deadeye” sniper rifle as part of a subscription, you can SUBSCRIBE by July 13.
if you subscribe after July 13, you can pick up these and previous month’s Flair (going back to 2014) from the Subscriber-Exclusive store.

Flair was sent out to current subs today.
If I'm not mistaken, if an item is in your hangar that was paid with cash money instead of UEC, it's supposed to be linked to your account & thus reclaimable. So this sounds like a glitch that you might need to open a help ticked with. If CIG has changed this, then that completely nerfs most reasons to purchase the subscriber flair items to use after the game officially launches.
It's odd, I subbed on monday, still don't have the pistol, but I do have the electro rifle I added on after the fact.
Okay so I'm not one to point out potential bugs... but wouldn't it be freggin hilarious if you fired one of those things in a confined space, like a bunker or the 890j mission and the lightning arc killed every NPC in a single shot... If you're in Evo you need to test this!

That is a concern of mine, i hope you wont loose an item like that forever, heck you can even loose it just because you are killed holding it and then you cant pick it back because whatever reason. I really hope that is not the case and that you can reclaim stuff paid with real money.

As you were not already subscribed you missed out on the first wave of subscriber flair. Not to worry - there will be a second wave before the end of the month, and at that time your flair will be attributed. Please standby, and check your inventory again after the last date to subscribe, you should see your item at that time.
Please refrain from placing a stand alone pledge for this item until after your free flair is attributed, as this is known to cause some issues with attribution because it tricks the automation into thinking this has been attributed previously.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues, and have a great journey through the 'Verse!
