No way to upgrade the Pisces (or Ursa) that comes with the Carrack at all. It's a "part" of the ship (like the Merlin with some Constellations), which you lose if you melt or CCU up from the base ship. On the plus side, though, if you own a Carrack (or 890), you should have received an email...
