They can be purchased at Kel-To and Dumpers Depot, but I found them at Tammany and Sons in Lorville too. We should be able to use our hangar flairs too, but not all of them have been updated yet -- some of them, like a giant decommissioned mine, have no mass set, therefore they cannot be lifted...

While testing personal hangars in 3.24 PTU, I created few cozy hangar office spaces. Instead of placing them in the corner of the hangar, like on CIG's videos, I used the entrance area (lobby) and non-functional loading zone. Both places have warm lighting, which is perfect for relaxation...
