PSA: Ship price increases occuring at IAE.

The timing on this is unfortunate, with IAE so close. I'm thinking I'll just wear the price rise on the F7C-M (I need 13 Vulture-F7C-M's in my active chains), as I'd prefer to have the funds available in case something more important to me releases next week... I may end up regretting this, too...

PSA: Ship price increases occuring at IAE.

Hull E was already priced well above both the C and D (and is also hull limited), which is possibly why they held off - Once evelopment on the D and/or E starts, I'd expect they'll jump (much?) further in price. The Orion was a surprise, given no work has been done on it and the window for the...

PSA: Ship price increases occuring at IAE.

Well, the Hull D "needs" an increase as it is currently priced below the smaller version of the same ship (Hull C), so it is somewhat understandable. The Orion was possibly increased in price to squeeze the new RSI mining ship between it and the MOLE (although that leads to the question of just...

PSA: Ship price increases occuring at IAE.

As announced by CIG today- https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/1/thread/intergalactic-aerospace-expo-2953-pledge-updates-2/ It's probably worth mentioning that if anyone has warbond CCU's starting from these ships, they could become $0 CCU's or even "negative savings"...

The making of an LTI Polaris (IAE 2953).

It's just a shame that certain ships in the announced price rises aren't available for sale between the announcement and the price rises... It would have been nice to have the rises staggered (lowest priced ship to highest, with a moderate - say 1 day - gap between them), so that some could be...

The making of an LTI Polaris (IAE 2953).

Changing CCU options: Pre event starting point: LTI option: Drake Cutter Scout (CIG announced via email that it would be on sale until November 30, suggesting possibility that no cheaper LTI option will be available) CCU options: A1 Spirit ($175, saving $25) Acquiring a CCU to this ship from...

The making of an LTI Polaris (IAE 2953).

Following on from the moderately successful The making of an LTI Perseus earlier this year, and with news that the Polaris will be flyable within the next 12 months, it's time to look into what can be saved on a Polaris through ships and CCU's available at IAE 2953. This time, however, I will...

999th TEST Squadron still possible to earn!!!

It's interesting to see that "Team Tank Battle" returns to the lineup on the same day that Tumbril will be on display at IAE: It would be nice if that meant we'd be seeing the Storm included this time around.

    Upcoming Subscriber Flairs (Updated regularly)

There was one subscriber update - The old subscriber armor sets which were previously sold piece by piece have had those individual components removed from the store (and buyback queues), with the complete set now being sold at a higher price than the combined price for the individual components...

999th TEST Squadron still possible to earn!!!

3 down now, 4 to go... I did better than expected in the "Master modes: duel"... First round went "badly" (flew into an obstacle while avoiding missiles, but that's normal for me), but I lasted a lot longer in the second than I would have predicted when it was guns only - Looked like they were...

999th TEST Squadron still possible to earn!!!

I'm not sure you need to successfully complete this one (get the badge): I had a round with a random who quit part way through. I eventually user all my respawns, but had a message about doing all the new modes for the 999 badge at the end, which suggested I had "completed" this mode.

Change to Subscriber program on the way...

My approach to subscriptions was that (If bought during "Luminalia" when they discount the price): You're getting around half back through the annual coupon (If applied carefully - Transferring "credit" into "Warbond" savings). The items (armor, flair, etc.) now seems to total roughly the...

Change to Subscriber program on the way...

For those who may be interested, an email went out today giving notice that the subscriber program will be changing this month (possibly for the better?).

[WTS] Standalone Ship - C8r Pisces Plus Code Blue Paint selling & Banu Lockbox Replica - Banu Code | Soldout!

I've only been to one Bar Citizen, and the only thing that got me there was knowing there was a TEST member who needed a code - Had it been just to get a code for myself, I'd never have gone (It turned out to have been a worthwhile event for me to go to). Unfortunately the recent local Bar...

Old OC buy backs for sale.

There's a couple of very nice items (at least to me) in there... I just wish Citizencon hadn't hit the wallet so hard and IAE wasn't around the corner.

    The silhouettes.

And possibly a sign that the MPUV has gained modularity: That the current rear module can be removed/swapped?

    The silhouettes.

1 is interesting... From what can be seen, there are 2 "variants" of the vehicle/ship. From the silhouettes, the substantive difference appears to be what is mounted on the "front" of each - The one on the right appears to have some form of gun, but the one on the left has something which...

    Zeus II

The concierge paint lacks any blue "emissions"/lighting, while this is clearly present on the 4th ship. Normally they would show the Concierge paint with new releases/concepts, but what is shown in the picture is not that.

The picture of the 4 variants was posted by CIG on Twitter, then pulled shortly afterwards. The 4th was also shown during the presentation (by mistake?), and apparently the product page at one point had a "Racing" option along with the other options:
