Nope it wont go to your local inventory (Orison) as you do not have access to it on the platform. Only on your personnal inventory (the one you carry). You need to go back to Orison using the shuttle to store all the loot safely, then go back to the platform and so on.

The security is shooting you when you see the restricted zone message on screen, after the event is over, just fyi.
