As one poster indicates, probably something to do with the Crytek lawsuit. Early on, part of the arguments in the Crytek v CIG was the usage of CIG and RSI on the contract. Don't quote me, but I believe only one appears in the contract, yet Crytek is trying to sue both CIG and RSI.
