F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

With those answers, my recommendation is to sit tight and be patient. I don't see CIG not building a CS, CR and CM version of the MKII, since they can make money on it.

F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

One thing I really love about the MkI that they didn't keep with the MKII is the canopy. Too bad.

F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

What is it you're planning to use the back seat for on the CM? Did you buy the Super Hornet outright or is it part of a CCU chain?

F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

I have limits on my fleet, especially on craft this size with short range. One of these 2, the Hawk and the Eclipse is the limit. And that is hoping the Hawk fits on my Liberator's front pad.

F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

Crap. Now I have to decide, Sabre or Hornet MkII for my Non-Hawk Carrier Fighter. Based on the MM Q&A the Sabre should be faster and more agile, where the Hornet should be tankier with more firepower. The Hornet makes a better escort, since being visible means you are a deterrent but the Sabre...

F7A being sold with in-game quest, Hornet F7C F7A MKII

The F7A has a Size 2 powerplant. (Erkul has the F7C Mk2 as one size 2 and one size 1 powerplant.) The F7A was supposed to be 2 Size 2 under the nose, 2 Size 3 in the top turret and 2 Size 4 under the wings. (Thugh Erkul says the nose turret is two S3.) I'm curious if the f7C MkII has a chin...

What to ccu to an F7C as part of my Dragonfly to Sabre chain.

Thanks. The new Sabre is already cheaper than the one in my hangar, presuming the Hornet goes up $10 in price. The current one is $130. Because the new one is built on a referral Merlin, if the Hornet is a $10 increase, and I piched up a Red to Mole WB CCU. Without any further savings I'm at $125.

What to ccu to an F7C as part of my Dragonfly to Sabre chain.

Stealth in the game isn't even pproperly partially implemented. For example it currently only is based on the CS value, and that is done wrong since the Hornet Ghost is stealthier than both the Sabre and the Eclipse. The Arrow isn't a stealth ship at all. Max ships per instance makes no...

What to ccu to an F7C as part of my Dragonfly to Sabre chain.

I have. It's a bit twitchy and squishy for me. It also doesn't work as a Stealth Scout which is a role that the Sabres are supposed to fill.

Then I guess it is Hawk, since I could take advantage of either.

What to ccu to an F7C as part of my Dragonfly to Sabre chain.

I was thinking the same thing, but don't recall either of those ever having a WB sale. The Sabre routinely does, which could save me another $10 and was thinking it should stay small to try to fit another one in at the low end.

What to ccu to an F7C as part of my Dragonfly to Sabre chain.

Hi guys. I currently have a Sabre and a CCU chain from the Sabre to the Zeus MR. Of the Carrier Fighters, I still really like the Sabre. And my Dragonfly doesn't look like it really is going to be useful. So with an earlier sale I picked up a Cutlass Red to Prospector CCU for $10. I was...

How long before Idris is released to owners?

It's a marketing thing. It won't be before Squadron 42. Marketing doesn't want the actual experience, especially with a P to not live up to the hype and curtail sales.

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

The question isn't why it's chonky but how chonky it is. :)

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

I agree, but the Q&A says it is supposed to fit the XS (Carrier Fighter) pads.

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

It appears I missed a source. Everything on the Legionaire, except the Q&A, says it needs a Size S pad. The Q&A says XS. If the Q&A is correct and it doesn't grow during the Ship Pipeline, then it will fit in the Idris or Polaris. If it grows even a half meter in length or width, it doesn't...

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

The Legionaire is taller, and at least as wide as both the Hoplite and the Steel. It is a couple meters shorter (nose to tail) but not significantly shorter. If you can fit one on a pad, the others fit.

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

The biggest downside to the Legionaire is the size. It is every bit as large as a Cutlass Steel or Vanguard Hoplite. Since it is, for the most part, a one trick pony, that isn't something to endear it to me. Now if it was capable of fitting on an XS pad then it would be different. How do you...

400i v Zeus Mk II ES

They haven't even begun to really the balance around fuel consumption. How much tank vs. how much does each size drive use. They haven't even really started balancing the tank size within one size of ship.
