You can own as many packages as you like. Ive had like 5 Nox 2 packs at a time. Pretty much you gotta pick the best upgrade routes from there Packages like the Nox 5 pack are great if you plan to keep all the ships. Other than that just get the singles if you just need tokens.

If i was you i would wait until after you buy your CCUs during the aniversary sale make sure to choose ships that are always available such as the aquilla, andromeda, so on so forth. My other suggestion is buy a LTI tokens(Best if you want alot of ships would be the NOX 5 pack) Its much cheaper...
