That's kind of what I'm thinking. I've got enough credit that I could keep my ancient dusty Digital Pirate Pack, and have a Polaris. So I'd have a mediumish ship I could run solo/duo/trio up to like 5-6 people, and then the Polaris for bigger ops or as a booze cruiser. But on the other hand...

Might consider melting down a lot of stuff (Caterpillar, Buccaneer, 2 Cutlasses, some Dragonflies) and consolidating into a Polaris if they're back up for sale again. But then again I dunno, that's a lot of ship. But that's also a lot of ship babyyyyy.

Another radical idea- we take 10 dollars and invest in 25 year Certificate of Deposits in secure, low % stock. By the time the ship is in game it should be enough to buy one outright.

Gonna be honest- the fact that we still have not seen a hint of a gameplay preview of SQ42 is worrying at how "complete" it's supposed to be now. Remember how CR said they were "days" away from finishing the SQ42 vertical slice to show off at Citizencon 2016? Well it's been a year since then...
