Dude, I've told you, you mix it with tonic water so you stay hydrated. And twist of lime because reasons.
I consider beer to be fermented soup. Not only would I get water intake, but the barley and hops should be considered nutritious carbs.
I think water taste better... now if it was a real beer then yes stay hydrated and drink lots.Be mindful in the current warm weather...
