So I have been kicking it around and decided to go for it. Will still take 6 or 8 months or more since the motherboard and cpu aren't on the market yet
Went ahead and ordered the case:
CPU will be the i9-9900k and I will run 2 boot profiles. A stock speeds profile and an overclocked one. Hoping I can wrangle 5ghz out of all 8 cores.
