Not to worry Owl, you might have gotten a deal. They'll push the price up for existing stock as they delist it. Then by the time your wallet recovers from buying the 2080Ti, the new stuff will be preparing to become the old stuff... and the cycle continues. Both NVIDIA and AMD do that. They need more competition.

Newegg has a fantastech sale July 13th and 14th only. I was able to grab a Intel 10900k for $549.00. so I guess I'm upgrading my 4-year-old PC. Told myself I wasn't going to upgrade until Squadron 42 was released. So Chris Roberts....I know you read the Test Forms.... just letting you know it's okay....you can release Squadron 42 now.

I bet Newegg sells another batch of CPUs tomorrow. For the last couple days Newegg has been randomly selling small batches. If anyone's interested this page might help you snag one.

I picked up a 2080ti last summer as well. I think they'll hold their value. You can always sell it and use the proceeds for a new 3000 series. 😅

Jay speculated that based on PS5 hardware specs Big Navi is about as fast as a 2080ti. If Nvidia is about to be a generation ahead again there won’t be real competition.
