Heyyyy guys, it’s me your boy Beaches, back at it again!!
I just wanted to personally add a few things to the above post for my OP this weekend.

So, for this weekend, max participation is requested from you guys, the more people we can get accustomed to these in game mechanics the better for TEST overall !

I’ll also be coaching some neat techniques that will be a trial through fire , there will be lots of crashing and lots of laughing,

thanks for taking the time to read the post, and I’ll see all your gorgeous faces in game this weekend .!.!.!.!

P.s: if you have any questions feel free to hit me up on discord .!.

AAR:
First of all i liked the event. Overall comms was good.
I think we should start using SC Voip more. Voip was a great immersive experience.

This is a general suggestion from my side, not only for this event.
Maybe we should consider callsigns like red 6, red 5. Which everyone gets assigned to at the beginning of the event.

Advantage we can count up in case we need to check for the status of every member.
Also we don't need to remember every name of every member.

Example:
Red 6,5,3,2,1 are boarding the ship. Red 4 is missing.
Red 1 (squadlead) asks to count up.
"Red 6 in", "Red 5 in", ... (Red 3 waits for Red 4)
So we know Red 4 is missing

Same system can be applied reporting who is ready in main menu etc.

Downside is that it needs some training and discipline.
