Hehehe good iniative! But do note that when a potential recruit clicks on our Recruitment Forum Thread he is taken to Page 1 of the thread and not the "latest" post. And I highly doubt that he would read through 52 pages of replies, so in my opinion bumps do give better bang for the buck.
