Seems like there are quite a few of them. I'm not sure if they have a quest tied to them or something, but there is one of those at every blinking orange (not red) light in yela. Typically, they are near a blinking red light (black box), which cannot be interacted with (yet?). Very neat. Tried to blow them up and interact, to no avail. Let us know if you figure anything out!

Yeah, I found one while cruising out there in my Herald. I deployed the antennas and sat in front of it for almost half an hour, filling up the ol' flying USB drive and waiting for a significant event. Sure enough, my diligence was rewarded...with a disconnection error code 30000
