Titan suits?

So I have heard something about Star Citizen having exoskeleton suits called Titans. I wonder what kind of roles they will play. Would be cool to have a loader one, or even a repair one. Imagine if there was one for boarding. That would be pretty bloody cool.

Pojnt on the IX is that if its a repair unit, unlikely to have many guns... you know they're really useful when you're trying to put a panel back on and whoops slip and all of a sudden you've unloaded a railgun into the side of the ship.

I can see switching often between class V, VI and VII. This is one of those issues why you want storage capacity on a ship. Right now we don't see the need, but it is going to matter if you can't actually get behind the yoke of your spaceship without taking off your armor, and you can't take off your armor. Seems a stupid thing, to get stuck like that, but if CIG didn't make it possible, everyone would just wear the "best" armor. Instead they are forcing us to make good decisions. I like it.

I've always loved Giant Battling Robots.

Heavy Gear, Mech Warrior, Armoured Core. Megas XLR, Gundam, Big-O.

I was born 200 years too early assuming the human race survives that long.

Exo suits has an advantage of being smaller, agile and able to be used by boarding parties vs a full sized mech thats technically another vehicle.

hi guys, was wandering the PU and noticed this - hopefully might clear up a little speculation on what the Mk IX is, if this is MkX . I'd assume MK's to be revisions and classes to be the role of the armour.
