Kinda weird that the discount for a $250 ship is $30, but the discount for a $325 ship is $25 and not the other way around.
Almost as if CIG was making sure you couldn't get those cheap $5 WB CCUs here... :wut:

Updated with CCU table and more details of pack contents.

One important note: CCUGAME appears to have a bug where the "Wolf Pack" package shows higher savings than it actually provides due to what appears to be the paint for the Avenger instead calculated as being another Avenger titan, inflating the MSRP for the package (and as a result "savings" shown) considerably.

It is rather disappointing - I'd love to see the ability to "sacrifice" some of the savings on WarBond CCU's, so (using the Ares as an example) if the ship's normal price is $250, with Warbond CCU priced at $220, you could pick anywhere between $220 and 250 as your "price" for the ship ($225, for example), but I guess the extra $5 per CCU does add up for them, particularly if chains need to be redsigned frequently.

Perhaps the Ares hasn't sold so well recently and it needs the discount to give it a bit of a bump and shift some units?

Ah, or that... but if that's the case, it has ended up looking like the Ares isn't very popular and needs an incentive to CCU to, since the initial launch and balance pass it hasn't had the best reputation and that's where ones mind first goes to :-)

Sigh, if only they have lifetime insurance...
You'll only get a ship with LTI on its initial release, in a pack with another that has just been released, or by CCU'ing from a ship which as LTI (Or with the very rare CCU which has LTI included).

Based on last year, there'll hopefully be a cheap ($50ish) LTI ship\vehicle, a $100-$150 LTI ship\vehicle, and a $200+ LTI ship\vehicle, each with one or more packs containing existing ships\vehicles towards the end of next month.

Yea, nothing new in the pack that’s why no LTI…

In a pack worth more than $1000 is another way to get LTI on everything.
