How is the new Idris event?

I mean, the point about how difficult it is to join the event seems pretty valid to me.

Well, hope some streamers get good material so the rest of us can watch at least.

Its a first run, they are testing it out.

Having 1 or 2 Idris for the entire community to try find is obviously not ideal.

I'm happy that we're getting to see it in game, even if just for a limited time & for a limited amount of exposure. More content is always a positive thing from my perspective. Though, IF there was something that I'd change, I'd have CIG make the Idris M available for sale to those that manage to board & pilot it to provide at least some incentive to aim for that with the hopes of lasting the longest to win the ship for free. Think something similar to the F8C Golden Tickets sort of thing, though obviously it would come with LTI & would limit how many could be purchased by an account to 1. Which would encourage working for the chance in game instead of fighting an F5 website battle.
