Need Original Design

Hey guys I'm looking for an artist (or two) to do some commission work for this chill TESTie. I'll get straight to what I need.

First off, I'm looking for a logo. I'm thinking of having a logo with the letters CTF. What I had in mind are these 3 elements:
1. Sleek
2. Some kind of ice/frost effect
3. Futuristic

Secondly, I need my name "CatatonicFrost" done up in the same font/style to match that.

Thirdly, my stream needs both an offline screen and a pre-show image.

What do you think of when you say "sleek" and "futuristic"? Those words mean wildly different things for different people.

Hey sorry for the late reply, when I say sleek I think of something refined, sans-serif, and aerodynamic in a sense. Whereas with futuristic I'm thinking of something you'd see on an LCD display of the future... if that makes sense.
I'm not too sure what I want but I'm willing to see what someone creates based on that.
