@Montoya -- My company owns a company that does promotional/apparel stuffs (From shirts, to hats, to pensets, to BBQ sets, etc...)

I'm not sure if you have a set in stone source for stuff like this, but I could get the contact information of the head hancho that handles everything. She might be able to get you much better pricing than what you get through a typical website (especially if purchasing in multiples) - also you'd have a personal contact who can answer any questions you'd have (She's also just a phone-call away if you have specific requests/needs).
