I bout like 7 or 8 of them to CCU for LTI. Although of course they are not letting us CCU them yet, so they will be sitting there for a while until the next sale. In the meantime I guess I will be melting my ships with 6 months insurance and repurchasing them with 48 months insurance when they become available.

I could be mistaken, but I thought most ships come with a QD where only larger ships have a JD. I know the specs page is not accurate, but even the Xi'an Scout has QD and it's pretty small. I think the smallest ships with a JD are either an Aurora LX or a Mustang Beta, or even slightly larger with the Herald.

I just realized that I can buy some 85X with my store credit, melt them the next day, buy them again, melt them again and so on, just to get many 85X LTI pledges in my buyback, just in case.

You can get the CCUs for them, but only on the limited ships they put up for sale.
For instance, I had to go 85x-->Herald-->Cutlass as the herald was on sale along with the Caterpillar earlier on today.
I couldn't go straight from 85x to Cutlass as it said no CCUs aloud, but turbulent being turbulent can't be trusted to open a tin full of sardines that were already open, let alone "don't turn on these ships till X o'clock"

Just bought two, because 6 LTI Dragonfly's aren't enough(don't ask me what they're not enough for, I'm not that smart, but I'm like a crow, I like shiny objects)

2nd ORIGIN 85X - LTI --> Sabre Comet LTI
4st. ORIGIN 85X - LTI --> saved as BUY BACK PLEDGE, for later use :smile:
And my Digital Freelancer LTI starterpack + SQ42 --> Ended up a Anvil Carrack LTI starterpack + SQ42
So I am on a good way to get the fleat of ships I want :smile:
Now I am just going to enjoy that what I wanted to buy, became more than I ever could expect it to be.

I already used one of my 85Xs to turn it into an LTI Terrapin.
I'm up to a total of 5 purchased. I've CCU'd ones into a Super Hornet, Prospector, and Herald. I have one that I am saving for a Reclaimer and I want to hold on to one since they are going to make great in system transport. I was hoping to turn one into a Starfarer Gemini to replace the one I have now that only has 6 month insurance but it didn't go up for sale this time around. My goal is to have LTI on as many of my money makers as possible so I never have to worry about losing an income source.
