Test logistic would include :
-Medical services
-Development
-Cargo/storage/Bringing supply where it needed and refueling/rearming vehicles.
-Maintance of vehicles
-Transporting troops
-Acquisition or construction , maintance , operation, and disposition of facilities
AND MOST IMPORTANT ... BEER BEER BEER BEER

We've actually discussed it pretty thoroughly in the past, but without actually have a cargo system or anything to move around, it was all just theory crafting. And those with @Black Sunder 's levels of enthusiasm for a currently non-existant system are rare. Once we've actually got stuff to move around, I expect we'll start back up!
