You plant some drugs in the containers holding the milk and chocolate twinkies and spread a rumor that one of the dock workers is smuggling drugs in all of the shipment and that the advocacy caught wind of it and is about 20 minutes away and heading to raid the storage containers. They freak out and flush all the milk and twinkies to get rid of the evidence and back up the septic system in doing so, then pay you to pump the system and haul it off.
