These stairs give me hope, I don't feel like they would have bothered modeling them into the ship functionally if they never intended for the ship to be accessible. Its just as likely though they were put in place for a cut-scene, but something to think about :p

Despite all this i really feel bad for Lando i mean he was a guy who was passionate at the game, and at the same time im kinda pissed off at the guy/guys who leaked all this. Honestly common sense, contact CIG and tell them "Hey your shit is easily hackable fix it"

Isn't this like the 4th or 5th leak of this kind so far?
CIG really needs to work on the IT security. No real excuse to have assets like this available via a public link with 0 encryption.

The Pegasus Escort Carrier doesn't look very heavily armored compared to the Bengal, so I can't imagine it's meant to be at the front lines where it could get shot at.
That said, I like the Stinger, and I approve of it becoming TEST's official Vanduul Waifu.
And to follow up on the Retribution Dreadnought: It is a one-off ship, it will not have multiples. That means it's a set-piece, and highly unlikely for it to be captureable or player-controllable. Due to its tremendous strategic value, I'm pretty sure the UEE would prefer to scuttle it than let us control it.
I'm one of my ships is going to be captured, you can be damn sure I'm going to initiate self destruct or set course for the nearest planetary body. No one will ever claim my wreckage!!!
These pics are completely amazing, but I do hope Disco Lando and the entire CIG Dev team aren't taking this too hard. It's great unintended advertising for the game and I hope they can all take this in stride.

At the end of the day, there are no serious repercussions, all they have lost is the ability to unveil this stuff in their own time with a bit of drama attached. It was a compiled build, no source code so no big deal. IMO they should be showing us all this WIP all the time anyway instead of being all hush about it. The reason they don't is CR is back in movie director mode (god save us all) and wants it to be cool when S42 comes out.
