I would say YES, as I own an Ironclad assault myself. It will easily be able to do what you are thinking, and then some.

I just got the Reclaimer to Ironclad warbond ccu for $10. Even if I end not getting one, it's a great investment (ugh...) for other chains.

Only damage was for a warbond Salvation, as I like the pocket salvager. Other than that, CCU a ship to the Clipper with store credit...
