Can I assume that in the future the ship will automatically decelerate so it can be salvaged or reboarded? What about a feature to call your ship to you after a long distance EVA?

So what's a better long term solution? Traditional HOTAS? Is there a 6DOF solution that wont put that kind of strain on you and be comfortable for longer play sessions? Would a SpaceNavigator be better?
