I think a partial ban of weapons would be good. Sure keep your handguns and hunting rifles (locked away please). If people like shooting at ranges, keep the big guns at those ranges. If people want protection, no more than a handgun should be sufficient. Ideally, you wouldn't need a gun to feel...
