Heads up is exactly where you need to look in game while in the areas with the glass ceilings. Often you can see the space station to some degree during the day, but usually even better at night.

I'm mainly referring to when inside at NB & you look up through the glass ceilings how the skies are sometimes so clear that you can watch I believe it's Port Tressler the space station overhead.
