I've only ever used the 3.5mm jack mic input with my headset so not too helpful. My last suggestion: Unplug it and plug it back in while the game is running to see if it detects it being inserted.

It's an interesting one. The Carrot is supposedly ex military so you'd expect survivability, but the MISC Endeavour explorer cab is supposed to be so tanky it can survive the Corona of a star so any explorer stable mate you'd expect to inherit the same or similar genes...?

Is Misc already the most Capital Heavy make in the game? That snuck up on me!

If it is a Capital, that'd give Misc 3 along side the Hull E and Endeavour, and I think that would be the most Cap ships for any single company in the game even beating out Aegis...? My thought is a Carrot competitor. Less military, more science.
