I like the idea. It's simple enough even a drunk could follow it, but also has enough structure to keep it together. Obviously, we'd have to keep on eye on the idea to make sure that any future changes to org structures in SC don't upset this, but I like it.

I think the general rule of "Dont be a dick to people in TEST" is pretty good and covers a lot

I could help a little, I have some Android App experience. (Also, you may be able to just drop the html5 code into a wrapper and run it in Android with only a little extra work if you dont want to bother with making it a native app...

Sadly, I never got a chance to play the multiplayer, other than just messing around with the AI. I was also too young to try out the modding, but I should go back and play that again... I wonder how much it is on steam...
