Frankly it's all speculation at this point with whole Intel saga. We will only know, when they do the patch. Also a lot of tech literate ppl say, it won't effect PC master race at all, it's mostly fucks over ppl who use Intel on servers.

just from experience in Arma and Dayz, getting land plot is the easy part, building the base, is the part that needs lot's of resources. I am sure SC will be similar in a way.
