I don't have a prefered trade route either. I did the math once the optimal risk vs reward is imho at 65-70% commitment. (usally it will require 9-15 runs after a loss, to recover from the loss, assumed loss from 100k Uec with the mentioned commitment) Example investing 75% and loosing...

I don't think its specificly a tool for pirates. Of course its a great tool for pirating. On the long run i see as a great tool for orgs to defend their territories. We will need to find out how it really will affect the whole trading/hauling gameplay. They will probably need to ramp up profits...
