A fan of my Twitch stream sent me these Star Citizen mugs featuring my favorite ship, the Freelancer MAX. He has a friend in the engraving biz and was just going to send me one, but ended up sending me the prototype (blue one on the left) in addition to the final iteration on the right...

I love it when people get about 50 flying whales together and just do a kamikaze run into a base that can't be capped. It looks downright incredible seeing that swarm flying through the air.

"Lifetime Inebriation" has a better ring to it if anything, but yeah, if we try to continue with calling the TEST beer "LTI", we won't hear the end of "Goons did it first!" and nobody wants that. ;)

I can't fly in Planetside anymore after logging a couple hundred hours in Star Citizen. The controls are just too different. :P

Small world. Years back, I lived on Lockheed Blvd. off Route 1 close to the beltway if you're familiar. It was nice living right next to a 7-11, but the MS-13 shitbags that kept robbing people's cars made it less livable. I stayed there until 2006 or so, then moved to Arlington, then later, DC.

When the Star Citizen PAX East 2015 event is announced, I'll camp the Boston Craigslist for a bit and see if I get lucky for a Saturday pass. I'd go to Stub Hub, but those ticket resellers usually charge 4x the original cost. :P
