Bingo. When I buy vehicles, they stay active in my hangar for gee-whiz fun until they are available to buy in game stores. "TEST(TM)-ride period" Then they are upgraded, or go into buybacks as reserve tokens. Hopefully the ballistic PDC's on this make it into game stores soon too.
