10 cool animals in NMS including TooTall, Snake arms, Pecan Sam, Six Legs, Zebra Hump, Deadpool, Flying worm, Dancing Flower, Flying cow. Too Tall is 6.8 meters tall. Six legs is too cute. Snake arms is agressive. Dancing flower and vanishing flying cow apear to be a bugged.

No flying cow did not like me getting too close. I am new to youtube and the flying cow video has gotten me the most views I have seen of any video. :-)

So the game is actually just the space part of Spore remastered? :)
I never played spore but from what I have seen of it in videos spore does not look anything like NMS.

Ok I'll fill you in, since the space part isn't really the first thing that pops up. The last part of Spore is just you fly around the galaxy in your spaceship, encountering other space-faring species, exploring and colonizing planets and trying to get to the center of the galaxy. All habitable planets have randomly generated (or player created) wildlife.
So it's similar, but with the added part of taking care of your civilization. Spore was also similar in that it was massively hyped before launch and got most press for not living up to the hype and for it's bugged out creatures that where randomly created.

Ok then there are similarities in the way the game came out, but watching spore videos the mechanics look different and nms is a beautiful game while as what I have seen of spore looks ugly and I remember when it came out I was not interested in it at all. NMS has lived up to everything I expected of it. I did not expect it to be as detailed as Star Citizen will be and I am sure that when patch 3.0 comes out NMS will not even get opened on my computer. :-)

Spore came out 2008, but yeah, it's ugly :)
I wasn't saying that the graphics or styles looked similar, but the exploration to get to the center of the galaxy, the random creatures, the buggs, the hype, the (for a lot of vocal people) underperformance...
I'm not saying NMS is a bad of a game as Spore was, or that it isn't enjoyable (I enjoyed Spore a lot when I was younger), but there are enough similarities that it's fun to joke about. :)
