Can i get a tldr of what's new apart from the carrack and the minimal persistence of our stuff not being wiped please?

I searched Google and only found 10+ minute videos which only list off the couple of things in the patch notes, which 90% consist of known issues and fixes for stuff...

Not much apart Carrack, Persistence, Cutty Red update and ability to set ICU while standing next to bed without need to lie down. Just some Bug fixes on top of that.
