So it appears CIG has made it a thing that no ships can launch more than 4 tubes of missiles at a time. Yet, they have been releasing ships regularly with 6 launchers.
Normally one expects you’d use 4 launchers of one type (typically S2) and 2 launchers of another type. What I am wondering is if anyone who flies a 6 launcher ship has tried loading all the same sort of missile, and launching in salvoes of 3, but staggered so as to cut launch delays in half. Has anyone tried launching salvoes of 3 missiles staggered in half the launch period, and if so, how is that working?
I’m asking because I have an eye on the Shiv, Clipper, Military Meteor and Paladin; each of which has this new seeming standard of 6 launchers.
