I first was kind of underwhelmed, because I was like

This whole trailer is like a "Prometheus-deja-vus". But then I said to myself: perhaps this will become the movie, "Prometheus" was once meant to be. Still, I have not much hope, because in my opinion Ridley Scott lost his sight for making movies good in the last couple of years. But *perhaps* this one will become a solid entertaining movie. Well, we will see. ;)

I loved Prometheus. This sequel doesn't look like a sequel to Prometheus. It looks generic and uninspired to me.

The CGI is what kills it. Also, Danny McBride and James Franco? I had to look it up to make sure this wasn't a joke. They say there will be no comic relief so I don't know why they even cast them. However, I absolutely LOVE Alien and Aliens. Prometheus was awesome in its own right but didnt have that nostalgic feel. I'll definitely watch this, but come on riddley! I hope he knows what he's doing.
