There was some discussion on the SC subreddit the other day about an alternate file downloader written VB. Some people were a bit skeptical and one guy wanted to run it on his router and the downloader options were a bit too heavy for it. So I hacked out an ugly shell version that does the same thing. Another random user (AntonLacon) helped out with the script a bit and now we have something that works pretty well. You can use it to download the live or test versions and it will try to continue interrupted downloads if you tell it too. It makes new folders for each build (based on whatever RSI says the build is) so nothing should get overwritten between updates.
So I thought I'd leave it here for any TESTies who wanted it as well. If you find any major crapups, let me know and I might be able to fix it. It needs bash, wget, grep, awk, tr, cut and possible a couple other standard *nix utilities.
