I was thinking about a little scenario to lighten the [CONCERN] about SOTS 16, rigged giveaways and of course the constant threat of ADI Spais. It involves two teams with auroras (or any single seated ship) and one Capital ship (connie/freelancer). the defending team would attempt to leave Yela and one would attack it, with the attackers needing to take out the Connie/freelancer before it can pass the enemy team and quantum drive out. after which the teams would switch and the best out of 3 wins. Bonus points to the team who can successfully board the enemy ship and take control from the inside
The rules

The rules
- the attackers capital ship has to be stationary so the defending team knows when its able to jump out
- the attackers capital ship therefore, can not have a pilot and will have to rely upon it's turrets, unless the ship is boarded by the enemy or the defender's ship has passed the ship.
- IMPORTANT The attacker's capital ship has to be destroyed/boarded before the defenders ship can leave, think of it as a gravity well generator
- no missile spam
- no ramming unless your ship is critically damaged. always follow the sepaku code.
- the defending teams Capital ship/ blockade runner has to go in a straight line past the enemy's capital ship. you are not allowed to avoid combat.
- F-7CM's are allowed, even though they're twin-seater's. Cutlasses can also be used to act as boarding craft.
- the fighters have to protect their capital ships, no matter what
- Avenger warlocks can be used to disable the attacker's capital ship. this counts as the ship being destroyed allowing the defenders to leave. They can also be used to prevent the defender's ship from leaving. Remember, EMP's work both ways.
