Buildling a custom desk for my gaming needs

I have zero knowledge of woodworking and no tools >.< this will be my journey, failure or succeed.

At the moment I will be gathering stuff I want to implement into this desk. I will put all my thoughts and ideas here.

Budget - 250$
General Thoughts no videos or pictures to show yet here
- Cup holders
- Maybe pc in desk? Seems expensive do not have a lot of money for this.
- Some form of wire management
- LEDs
- L-Shaped multi level desk
- Cabinets/Drawers
- If pc not in desk a shelf underneath to hold the desktop
- Color scheme black and yellow/ black and green/ black and red or changeable with a switch
- mini fridge
- closed loop cooling
- diorama's contain old school consoles that still function.
