Due to the recent influx of new members and the high interest in Civ V, why not get together and play as an organization?!

I enjoy playing Civ with some friends..but frankly I suck at the game. They usually want to play on Immortal difficulty and it doesn't end well.

Yeah, it's not ideal. We can test around and see who it'll be best to have host the game.

A lot of the multiplayer is processed on the host computer, so the host needs a combination of the best computer and decent network. I usually host when my friends and I play. I have an R9 290, i5-4670k @ 4.5 Ghz, 16 Gigs RAM. My network is decent at 20 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up.

Shall we plan a time for a game?

We don't necessarily need to play a full game, but I would like to schedule a time where people have at least a few hours open. I'm fine with stretching the game over a few days, but I'd like to do 100 turns a day if possible.

I may be busy this weekend, but what days and times work best for everybody? You should plan at least a couple hours to start.
