So a couple friends and I have been working up to flying formation aerobatics in our Yak's, and this last Saturday that culminated in a series of 3-ship formation loops.
Here is from my #2 wingman's point of view (brown and tan Yak is mine):

We have been flying with a pilot from the UK Aerostars, a formation aerobatics team from Europe who comes over to San Diego occasionally (he is a 777 pilot) - been so much fun and was incredibly rewarding to have it all come together so well on first attempt.
This is from our last flights with him a week ago getting ready:
