Ok, I have a how-too send invites!
Inviter:
1: go here, https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisoft.com/game/en-us/beta
2: find the friend on your Uplay that you want to invite.
Invited:
1: after the invited is sent go here, https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisoft.com/game/en-us/beta and apply to join the beta. as soon as you do, it will see you have an invite and let you in.
2: go to your games in Uplay and find "The Division 2 closed Beta" and download it.

there is a website for Origin when you login to your account that allows you to send keys to 3 friends.
